I figured out how to do this but changing the mobi output did not allow me to convert AZW3 format. It appears that it is just the ONE book that I am having trouble with. All other AZW3 formats have been converted so i am quite pleased with that. I have Tools V5.5.3 and I know it is not the latest version.
